Illooms, a rapidly growing company, is recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join our successful sales team. This key role will drive relationships in grocery, retail, and distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Management: Drive the growth of the Seatriever/Illooms business in the designated area by collaborating with sales and internal teams. Ensure the achievement of annual turnover and profit growth targets by managing a portfolio of accounts.
Account Management: Handle all aspects of account management, including developing listings, generating new business, negotiating terms, managing product launches, and steering promotional activities to meet the annual turnover budget.
Administrative Procedures: Oversee sales forecasting, price file maintenance, and contract management. Regularly report on the health of the business by account, covering sales-in vs. forecast, sales-out vs. plan, promotions, inventories, payments, and outlook.
Customer Relationships: Develop strong customer relationships through regular contact. Present compelling company plans and strategies to raise customer awareness of the Seatriever brand portfolio.
Internal Communication: Communicate customer strategies internally, driving Illooms product development. Collaborate with the Studio team and Project Manager on themes and concepts.
Data-Driven Sales: Use data to sell effectively. Understand customer sales and supply chain operations to maximize growth and address potential issues early.
Creative Presentations: Create powerful and creative customer presentations.
Role Modeling: Demonstrate and model the required behaviors to succeed in our entrepreneurial environment.
