We have an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly growing business based in Cheshire. We are recruiting for a Project  Co-ordinator to join our growing and successful commercial team, all roles are based out of our Head Office in Cheshire with some flex.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Projects from beginning to end ensuring that they are delivered on time, in full, within budget and to the agreed standards.
  • Assist in the development of the business change road map.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and changing priorities, defining project scope, key deliverables and measures of success.
  • Regularly communicate project updates internally, making sure all key documents are completed and with internal stakeholders ready for sign off. Highlighting any key risks, issues, or dependencies.
  • Effectively influence all key stakeholders to define clear concise business requirements, flexing communication styles to adapt to the audience to maximise outputs.
  • Review, develop and constantly refine business Processes and plan their delivery/deployment.
  • Manage cross functional internal project activity across several functions
  • Ensuring project documents are complete, accurate and stored appropriately.
  • Make decisions on day-to-day activities to ensure project delivery – escalate issues as appropriate.

Qualifications/experience

  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong influencing, written, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft project is desirable but not essential
  • The ability to work across multiple projects at the same time and prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met
  • Ability to self manage
  • Demonstrable experience across the entire project lifecycle from concept development to hand over
  • Experience within an FMCG environment or similar would be an advantage.
  • You may be in a junior Project role looking for a step up.
